On today’s episode, I speak with Coach Charles Hopkins from the Holy Family Flag Football Program in Philadelphia. We talk about how he recruits players with strong character, academics, and game film as the program continues to grow. He describes the small-school atmosphere at Holy Family while still offering impressive facilities, resources, and athletic scholarships for flag football. Lastly, we discuss the program’s demanding weekly schedule, coaching philosophy, and his advice to recruits to choose the right school first and let flag football be the cherry on top.
